shall write up another pose before feb comes knocking on the door! 

i developed an interest for yoga recently and decided to try out one session at this place which my aunt frequent...woke up super early on thurs for the yoga session as i have no school that day...and cos it was my first lesson, i was kind of unprepared, no mat and no towel lol....luckily my aunt did not have yoga lesson taht day so she let me use hers..and i gt a shock when she told me its going to be power yoga that day!!! 

this was the place! it was at the old premises of horse city...super far i should say!

and theres still some horses and ponies ard!

me after yoga lesson...super drained and feeling wobbling at my arms after that...but it was a super good workout and i love the challenging poses required of us..it was not surprising that my arms and shoulders were all arching like mad the next few days...it was my first lesson and the teacher alr wants me to try headstand and lift my whole body up using just my arm power alr...i suppose aching means its a strenuous workout yes? haha so im still considering whether to cont joining this yoga class. hopefully if i join, i can be able to master the headstand!! HOHOHO

this was my bro doing his yoga therapy..my bro has been complaining of backache for some time alr...and after x ray checkup, we realised that he has developed a backbone problem...its slanted to a degree taht requires him to go for physiotherapy..and my aunt introduced him to the yoga master that is trained in yoga therapy. so my bro has been attending his lessons religiously for the past few weeks. so, my bro brought me to the yoga place taht day too!

on Friday, i had cousins gathering! we decided to meet up after the cny period cos one of my cousins is going  back to Australia for study and also cos my bro is going to enter army soon. after much discussion, we decided to eat at thai express and sing k afterwards!

8 of us...this group of cousins is so called the teenage group of cousins...lol excluding my sis cos she wanted to join us thinking that we were going for bowling...but we were all itching for some k so she decided to go home by herself after that

yay!! k time!! we checked in at party world!!

we all come from the same age group! 1990 ftw!!:D

yay! we sang for 3 hrs and by the time we finished, it was alr midnight lol it was a fun gathering and i think we all enjoyed ourselves singing and laughing our hearts out...cousins are still the ones whom we spend our childhood with and who grow up tgt with us:)

during the weekend, gene and i went to watch we not naughty! it was not too bad, but not as good as we not stupid IMO though

on sunday, my family had another round of reunion dinner! this time, we invited one of my relatives along and gene and bro's gf also came to eat with us:) so we had 10 of us sitting tgt for reunion! i love it!:):) played card games after that too!!:) great night i would say:)
