happy new year 2012 and...

 happy 2nd anniversary!!:):)

yes, 2011 has come to a close and here comes 2012! 2011 passed by too fast alr. in fact, i think that as we grow older, the faster time flies by us. and the thought that  i would be 22 this year is kind of hard to swallow. all in all, 2011 has been kind to me. other than the heavy and suffocating school life, life has been kinda smooth sailing for me. and i certainly hope 2012 will be the same, if not better!!:) happy 2012 everyone!

the new year also means that its the 2nd year anniversary of gene and i.:):) very very glad that we have held on together and gone on strong despite the changes and happenings life has thrown us. having passby the 2nd year mark is important to me and i hope that its a headstart to a stable and fulfilling relationship.:)

spent the new year's eve at vivo! and there were sooooo many people there! its no wonder, as there was live new yr celebration by mediacorp there! but we have booked movie tickets to sherlock homles and couldnt get to catch the buzz. lol might as well, as i dun like to squeeze in the stuffy and hot place just to wait for countdown. by the time we came out from sherlock, it was only 1 min left to 2012! lol we wished each other happy anni while walking down the stairs from the exit! haha

we had our anniversary meal at watami! so long since we last ate at watami!!

hahaah the egg yolk swam into the pan instead of pouring over the chicken instead!

arhhh! no egg over teh chicken! faster stir the egggg!!:O

ta-da! it was when we were eating this halfway that we both realised that teh egg has to be beaten before pouring over the chicken. LOL both of us were laughing at our own silly mistake lol

ordered this new item on their menu too! forgt what is it called alr. but it was kind of bland and tasted weird weird de, not to our liking as much lol

after some time of boiling, the soup is ready to be served and drunk!!

it was a simple 2nd yr celebration, but a contented one that i would nt ask for more. happy 2nd year anniversary dear!! let us go on stronger and stronger for many many years to some:):)
