hookay! shall now fulfill my promise and start on my post of my desaru trip with my family! we went on e 2D1N trip one week back and these were the places that we went:

firstly, we were brought to have breakfast here. heard they are famous for their fishball noodles! and man, were there lots of people! we had to wait for a lonnngggg time before our food were served to us. 

the weird thing was, there is only one main cook despite the many customers! the rest are helpers! i think they could be so much faster if the organisation is better!

o besides fishball noodles, they also sell yong tau foo! not bad too!!

after which, we were brought to their fruit farm!

hahaha i took this pic of my dad with the papaya without noticing the dead leaf was right above his head LOL

theres alot of koi fishes in the fish farm! and i mean ALOT!!

some other animals too...we gt to feed the goats there!

was so surprised when i saw this rabbit..it did not move an inch at all, even when people went up to touch it. it was just comfortably sprawled on the table 

and yessss...u spotted huang wen yong no wrong. he was there on the same tour bus with us! haha of cos have to take a pic with him! but man...wrong angle for this pic=.=

after touring the fruit farm, we were off to their ostrich farm!

and omgggg...the ostrichs shed their feathers! u can literally see their raw skin exposing out

ostrich egg...one of it can cook 4 plates of egg

haha if u didnt notice, my sis had her both legs stepping on 2 ostrich eggs. yes, they were very hard and durable!!

risked my own safety to take this pic haha! was so worried sick that the ostrich may bite me from the back, so that explains the weird and awkward pose i had lol

and we found this on one of their tables in their mini mama shop! dun be fooled. this is real! its a baby ostrich that just hatched. and omggg its moving!

and yessss....after some time of snoozing in the bus, we finally reached our hotel! this was my bro's and my room! so cool! its double storey!!

their curtains were so long and thick and it made the whole place so grand!

dinner was at the fruit farm again. and we had buffet!!

huang wen yong was there to belt us some songs for us while we had our dinner. and this pic was taken when we was standing just inches away from me! lol

after dinner, we went to check out their fireflies! my mom saw that theres a booth selling lanterns! those kind which u write your wishes and light them up and send them flying up the sky. we decided to buy one and play too since these lanterns are not allowed in singapore!

with some help from the seller, we lighted our lantern!

and yay!! we set it to fly!!:)

many families saw our lantern and followed to buy as well! in the end there were so many lanterns one following another, and they made a pretty sight at night

ok its time to go into the sea to catch some fireflies!! we were not allowed to take pics of the fireflies as flash is not allowed. so yea~ no pictures here. but omg this was the first time i've seen fireflies! and they were so pretty! many were hidden among the trees and bushes in the sea, and they made the tree look so much like  christmas trees! all of us kept ooh-and-ahh-ingwhenever we spotted the shining fireflies haha

we had to wear safety jackets before entering the boat.

next day was free activities day. 

we gathered at my room to play some cards games

my sis wanted me to help her take pics ard the hotel. so yea, i had to follow her up and down to take pics

and phew~ this marks the end of our 2D1N trip to desaru. i wouldnt say this was the most exciting trip though. the food esp, was quite a disappointment. but at least, the hotel was good. haha and i had a great load of my favourite jackfruits to eat so it was still good in a way i suppose! shall stop blogging here!! till then!!:):)
