alright! its time to blog abt my buffet trip on monday! haha:)

gene and i have booked a buffet dinner at grand park hotel some time back and we decided to dine there on a weekday, to as to prevent weekend crowds!

i took this pic while we were walking. i think its so artistic! i like!!:):)

after walking abt in town for some time, we went to the hotel early! and there was this ipad thingy which allow visitors to entertain themselves. and we played its photo booth! ahaha of cos, we deleted the pics of us after that luh hahaha

woohooooo!~ time for dinnerrrr!! this is what i took for my first plate..rarely do i see prawn crackers in buffets...so i took one. LOL the prawn cracker is quite nice lo! i saw one auntie took one whole plate of prawn crackers somemore! haha btw, the sambal fish at the bottom of the plate is nice!!

also took a variety of salads to try...and eggs tofu:)

this is our 2nd plates...by the time i finished my 1st plate, i already told gene im starting to be full le LOL. so we decided to get smaller servings for our 2nd round. but we agreed to spam the sambal fish cos its so nice. LOL and i took one whole slice..HAHA

wrong choice. i cant finish it!!!!

man..by the time we finished our 2nd round, our stomachs were fullllll...i have to loosen my waist belt and gene had to tuck his shirt out LOL...but we continue eating haha! i went to take some sashimi..gene and i dun really eat raw stuff so we decided its best to take small servings for each item. and this is what i managed to take! i thought gene likes oyster...but i dunno he dun like to eat raw oyster! LOL so big and slimy and staring at us to eat him up! we decided to play scissors paper stone to see who gets to eat it. haha! and it turned out that gene is my saviour!!:D:D

we got more prawns cos its kinda fresh!!

and finally! its desserts time!!! this is what i went and take (by this time, gene dun feel like moving already cos hes full ttm) hahaah but nothing is gonna make me resist desserts. LOL took a few of each..and the egg tarts is so so nice and crispy!! we both love it! there are 3 diff flavours for the egg tarts but i only gt 2 of them cos to save stomach space for other desserts haha

while im eating my desserts, i asked gene to take more! ahahhaa and he came back with DURIAN PASTE! woohoo heavenly~~

more desserts which i didnt take pics of...lol and finally, this is my final dish! fruits to aid digestion and some dried fruits and M&Ms. LOL those wont make the stomach that full ma right? haha!!

the 2 of us felt like we were suffering from indigestion afterwards. LOL LOL no more buffet for us for another 4 months? hahhaha the food is only ok-ok in our opinion....but the service there is quite good. overall, we both rate it a 3.5 stars!! haha:)
