time to update again! have been kind of busy everyday!!:O haha

went to eat at swensens cos they have one-for-one lunch! i have this!! (forgot what it is called le lol bt its a new dish on their menu!) btw the yellowish sauce that u see there right...is actually butter and lime melted and mixed tgt! (in my opinion) quite yucky right to think that u are drinking in butter

finally fulfilled ying hui's wish and brought her to the hill! everytime when we planned to go there, its either raining or we cant make it on that day, or..we are just plain lazy to go there hahaa! went on an early morning before the sun comes out..and cos of that i sacrificed my breakfast!! but by the time we reached there, the sun has started to shine down on us!

hahhaa! bestie!!!!:):) i seriously think we look that tad bit alike in this photo!! gene commented that i have 'helmet hair' here! roarrrrr!!!

there were alot of milipedes on the track! and i spotted this HUGE one!

went to climb stairs with gene after that LOL this is our new form of cardio! and we decided to conquer the flight of stairs at this estate! very close to gene's hse somemore! haha its 30 storeys high:D and we managed to climb up and down thrice!! haha shaky and wobbly legs by the 3rd time...and i can feel my legs trembling after we have finished hahah was joking to gene as we were climbing up like should we change to another block to climb? cos i was kind of self conscious abt how the residents would think of us if they see us repeatedly climbing up and down..LOL in the end, we climbed at 2 diff blocks ahahha

directly the day after conquering our mini "vertical marathon", we went to bukit timah hill to scale another vertical height! haha wanted to go there quite some time ago but we both kept dragging...and so we decided to go that day!!

this is the long and dreadful steep flight of stairs that we need to climb up before we get to the top of the hill..each step is so high can! so you have to stretch quite alot to climb up the stairs...so so tiring!

finallly we have reached to the top!! woohoo! *pants and give a huge sigh of relief*

went on another route on our way down..we gt down into the forest!

stopped for a small rest in the forest before continuing

thats it for our bukit timah nature reserve challenge that day! and after we have changed into drier clothes, we went to ikea to eat lunch!

this is our hearty lunch:) deserving i should say, especially when we waited so long for the bus to take us there LOL i love ikea food!!:):)

glad that gene is one who can accompany me to do the things i like, especially in the sports sense. rarely can i find as many girls to accomodate my 'weird' interest. even gene cant stand it sometimes when i suddenly suggest to explore this XX place or YY place, esp during times when hes lazyxP lol..but most of the time, we will still go at the end of the day. so i was satisfied. not only were we able to achieve so much in a day, im glad that gene and i can do things that not much people do, or would not want to do. but it is because of this that make these things special, to both of us:):)
