i may be already 20 and advancing on to adulthood soon. maybe thats why i may have developed such a huge generation gap with the teenagers. cos i seriously do not understand and cannot decipher what some teenagers are up to with their continual change of their partners and their relationship status. one moment they are "in a r/s with xxx" and the next, they are "in a r/s with yyy". they make it seem as if are treating love and relationships as some kind of a game altogether, without really thinking about how the exact meanings of those words are defined. a relationship is intricate, it requires much effort and respect. its not a "make-and-break" entity. prob im just conventional in this aspect, but i do feel that the traditional notion of a relationship has shifted...and i cant help but give my disapproval.
