mom is off from work todae...and finally, i get to eat mom's cooking. in the past, i've somehow taken for granted that she will cook everyday, and even complained of the same old dishes. but the familiar smell of dinner today makes mi realise how i miss her cooking. ying hui once told me, shes touched for all the people that cook for her. indeed. im grateful for my loved ones, who cared for mi, and cooked for mi in one way or another.
