sometimes, by trying to find our own identities, we try to behave n act in a way to suit and blend into the environment. its an assurance of a place and identity, an assurance that u are somehow "accepted", cos u behave the same, u talk the same, u act the same. but sometimes, by trying to find that "identity", we lose our own identity. this may be of a good thing if one adapts well. but one will not feel free if he is constantly being reined to upkeep that identity which he finds it so hard to uphold. hes restricted and unhappy; cos hes not the way hes supposed to be. so what will the new culture be like? what changes will there be? what identity lies behind? there are too many doubts, too many uncertainties to contemplate now, but which i would discover in a few days' time. its a cycle, again and again.
